I don't think the whip was used to inject racism into the situation, I think the stupid little fricker just grabbed something he thought he could inflict some pain with. On another note, the mom is kinda hot.

Thread keeps adding info, but other than mom starting to claim this has there been proof of this?
At one point it was rude words to other kids and then mom later said it racial words, but has any proof been posted like with videos or someone independent of mom who seems to tried to add on stuff once her kid was brought in and accused of jumping the white kid first.
