There should be an extended length of sentence for anyone who uses sympathy for young children to scam people.

Maybe double the standard length of sentence for other scams??

Have done plenty of financial statement audits of nonprofits just to see how creative their internal accountants would get just to get administrative costs below 20%. So when looking at those 990s, you also have to consider how much of that is misrepresented to try to make it look better
