I really don't know anything about Biloxi, but I'd probably find the nearest Shaggy's, https://shaggys.biz/, and roll with that. Everytime we head that way (Gulfport) we eat either eat sushi or Thai/Viet.
If you're looking for poboys Lil Rays, https://lilraysrestaurant.com/, is good stuff. Usually fun as well, pitchers of beer and all.
I don't step foot in casinos unless I have to, so I have no idea what's inside them. I've heard the IP has a good Korean/Viet, but again, I'll probably never go there.
If y'all are up for a 30 minute drive BSL is a neat little place with nice restaurants...but that's another thread.

It does have one. Somewhere in East TX.
TX has a ton of sporting opportunities. Hunting is awesome here from what I'm told especially in the hill country. You can go offshore in S. TX. Tons of freshwater lakes to fish in (albeit manmade ones lol). Several rivers (some even have water
) Is south La better in that respect? For fishing and duck hunting? Yes.
I dont get all of the butt hurt la has for tx though. Both places have their positives and negatives. I love coming home to Nola. Nothing else like it. I dont think i'd raise a family there if I was poor or middle class though. Good thing the OT doesn't have that problem

Everytime I check my FB it's one of my friends or a friend of a friend posting a picture of something like a cop dancing with the caption "only in New Orleans" or some other thing that apparently only happens in New Orleans. Also i dont see people in Dallas wearing Dallas themed t-shirts all over a la Fleurty Girl etc.
In fact, I think New Orleanians and those from around Nola are more obnoxious with their attitude than Texans.

Having lived in both, this is a fact beyond debate. But both warrant pride for various reasons, so I don't mind either.
