Testosterone in Men over 30

I’m 37
I’ve recently been looking into testosterone levels. I’ve watched a few videos with doctors talking about how sperm counts and testosterone have dropped significantly in men since the 1950’s. Sperm counts are down 50%. I can’t remember the testosterone drop percentage.
My female PCP says they looked normal. Is that normal by 2020 standards? She was worried about my weight at 183 at 6 feet. That’s normal. The acceptance of normal now is 10-15 pounds overweight it seems (as Americans get fatter and fatter). So I’m wondering if the same effect is going on.
Low Testosterone
Red flag symptoms:
Low sex drive
Difficulty with erection
Low sperm count
Unexplained loss of hair
Hot flashes
Low bone density
Additional signs:
Testicular atrophy (changes in testes)
Diminished lean muscle mass
Increased body fat
Elevated hemoglobin A1c
Osteopenia or low trauma bone fracture
Problems sleeping (insomnia)
Fatigue
Difficulty concentrating (brain fog)
Lack of motivation, depression
Here is my blood test results and would like some doctors to weigh in (as well as others who have done tests). It seems low in some areas, especially researching charts on the internet on what levels it should be.
What do you think? What’s the best, safest way to boost your testosterone levels? I see there are doctors on the internet who administer through telehealth, but there are side effects to therapies as well.
I think this is something that is affecting all men.

The shots and/or seed will cause prostate cancer. Don’t do it.

I read that. I should have put this on the health board. Didn’t realize it existed, but should get more feedback here. I think this is a phenomenon. Perhaps it’s our food

first off at 37, 476 is well within range for your age and in no way low. Your free test is a tad low but not bad.
1) this is a snap shot in time. if you are really concerned with it, you need to get atleast 2 more test and develop some trend lines.
2) you dont want to go on test unless you have to. It sounds cool and all but after a couple years...the shots suck dick. and its a lifetime decision. you either need trt or you dont, its not a steroid cycle where you come off and one. I have been on for close to 7 years now and i can promise the shots suck major donkey dick now.
3) if you looking to increase your test do the folloing
-starting eating a diet that is high in protein and contains suffecient red meat and fat.
- eat a diet that allows you to lose some body fat
- start lifting weights
-cut alcohol
-get 8 hours of sleep every night
-get 10k steps in daily.
if you are not doing those things....then stop looking for an easy way out.
FTR: soy does not cause increased estrogen nor decreased test. new studies prove that....its still disgusting though.
you have no clue wtf you are talking about. zero. if you are just replacing your test it is no different that normal test. sure if you take doses that put you well out of range their is a whole host of potential side effects but even those with just bio identical test is very limited.
quite spreadign shite you have no clue on.

becasue its not meant to go on and come off.....hence the term replacement therapy.
you tried to use as a steroid cycle and go burned. dumabss. do a post cycle therapy and atleast try and restore your natural hpta.
OP its a lifetime decision and if you are not done having kids...i sure as frick wouldnt.

yea zero proof, no studies show that and after the ester is absorbed the test is bio identical to the one we produced. been used safely for decades now.
same with the guy saying it made him limp....yea because he shut down his natural production once he introduced the outside source of test. he stopped taking the outside source and failed to do a proper post cycle therapy to restore his natural production....essentially he has no test now. dumbass needs to try a proper pct and if it doesnt work....go on trt for life.

First mistake was going to your doctor. Come to OT first for any health concerns.
That being said, pics of doctor?
