You are wrong sir. Doctor recommended it Bc my levels were low. Did it for about 8 weeks and my thing went to shite. Got off of it with the doctors help. My pecker still don’t work as good as it once did. Changed my diet and exercise habits and doc says they are now in normal range. Should have just done that to start with.

So this was the thing that always stuck with me. I thought that if you got on it, there were ways to recover. But if you needed it to begin with because your levels are low, what's the difference at that point because your body wasn't making enough anyway.

same with the guy saying it made him limp....yea because he shut down his natural production once he introduced the outside source of test. he stopped taking the outside source and failed to do a proper post cycle therapy to restore his natural production....essentially he has no test now. dumbass needs to try a proper pct and if it doesnt work....go on trt for life

You sure do like to make some dumbass assumptions lol. I was on it the entire time when my shite went limp under a doctors guidance he told me it could happen with synthetic shots. First month was great around week 6 or 7 it went to shite.

then your doctor is stupid or you didnt share this with them. your estrogen prolly shot up or you had other issue like shgb binding to the point your free test(which is what really matters) was low.

and no there is no side effect of making you go limp with "synthetic" shots. the test you take in a shot is almost assuredly going to be bio identical testosterone as your body produces with an ester attached to it in the form of enanthate or cypionate to allow for a slow gradual release.

your body can not tell the difference other than it knows it does not need to produce testosterone any longer because it is getting it from other means.

more than likely you had a negative feed back loop and had elevated estrogen levels and you needed to take an aromitize inhibitor to correct and control. also prolly needed to switch to sub q injections to slow release and needed to switch to 2x weekly shots.

in other words your doctor is a dumbass.

Lift weights, supplement Zinc and Magnesium, eat more red meat. All proven ways to increase free testosterone.

you can recover. many people do from steroid cycles. But you have to take a proper post cycle therapy that contains atleast 1 selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) like clomid or nolvadex and take HCG. In sever cases 2 Serms, hmg and hcg, especially if looking to increase semen levels where they need to be.

Still very likely you never recovery full to the levels you were before. can get close in most cases though. sometimes though...you never recover.

see this is the thing. if you are going on true TRT...then you need it. its not a steroid cycle. and if you need trt you already are having issue producing enough test naturally. well everytime you cycle off you will more than likely not fully recoever taking you previous low levels even lower.

really should be no reason you come off once you go on true trt unless you get some form of cancer(not from the trt as that does not cause that)

-starting eating a diet that is high in protein and contains suffecient red meat and fat. - eat a diet that allows you to lose some body fat - start lifting weights -cut alcohol -get 8 hours of sleep every night -get 10k steps in daily. if you are not doing those things....then stop looking for an easy way out. FTR: soy does not cause increased estrogen nor decreased test. new studies prove that....its still disgusting though.

fricking this.

I had a former friend who tried to put me on TRT at 34. Luckily I asked my doctor instead of listening to my chiropractor/testosterone pimp buddy. My doctor didn’t even say no, he told me not a fricking chance in hell until I tried every reasonable option. I made the life changes and I’m so happy I didn’t frick with TRT. Maybe I’ll need it one day, but my levels are now pretty high just by eating right, lifting 3 days a week and cardio (tri type).

I do. I eat mostly chicken. Red meat once a month. I’m 183, 6 feet

My diet is 80% protein

cut alcohol

I don’t drink alcohol

I get 6-9 hours

start lifting weights

I need to get that in daily again. The virus stopped me, but I have a small gym in my complex. I can start there. No one goes in there. I have a gym membership as well. This was me at 200lbs

I drink regular milk, almond, and soy occasionally (only because it lasts longer)

I’m not freaking cheating

too big things right there. you dont have enough fat in your diet. try switching to mostly red meat and eggs and avocados....lots of eggs keep the carbs to veggies and small amounts of fruits, white rice and potatoes.

but you need a lot more fat. stop using seed oils too and use kerrygold grass fed butter to cook your meats.

supplement with zinc, vit D and high quality dhea.

try that first and then if you want a bigger boost after you have that in line you can try supplements that can help boost total t.

but the above changes along with starting to lift weights(do an actual program, i suggest you go to the H&F board) and you will see big changes.

I’ve recently been looking into testosterone levels. I’ve watched a few videos with doctors talking about how sperm counts and testosterone have dropped significantly in men since the 1950’s. Sperm counts are down 50%. I can’t remember the testosterone drop percentage.

People keep saying this, but I haven't seen anything validated with numbers yet.

Your numbers seem fine enough, but are you having any symptoms? Did you get a thyroid panel too?
