In all honesty, I feel slightly bad for her.
In a normal world, she would be rightly rejected and slightly ridiculed - probably within a small social circle. Good friends and family telling her that what she is doing is unhealthy, and she ought to take better care of herself.
Instead, you have either misguided dolts or purposeful cultural saboteurs making her in to some kind of "model" that validates her extremely harmful behavior.
The public, upon seeing this, either bleats out their agreement that she is "oMg BeAuTiFuL qUeEn!", or somebody (like us) calling her a fat sack of shite that should frick off and get covid.
I don't have sympathy for her decisions, but I do feel sympathy for her in regard to how the world has mislead her.

I'm not going to shed any tears about it. Just saying that this shite is the consequence of some woke Madison Ave frickhead, and not her. We wouldn't know who the hell she is if someone wasn't trying to capitalize on the shocking imagery of a landwhale being labeled a model.

On the bright side it seems like there's a lot more open pushback against the fat acceptance bullshite then there was a few years ago. Or maybe that's just wishful thinking but we used to hear about this sow all the time.
