That looks ridiculous! Hummer sucks, I can’t believe FM is trying to resurrect it.

You couldn’t be more wrong. They have to be specifically certified and go through extensive training. Mechanics trained will be extremely thin.

In hindsight I should have bought the Y and flipped it for a profit 4 months later.
Yep, I got the midrange Model 3 about a week before they took it off the menu.

As late as about 9 or so months after I got it, the same models were selling for $5-7k more than my purchase price.

A buddy of mine around the same time purchased a standard range plus Model 3, and flipped it 6 months later for $4k above purchase price. No clue why that was a thing or if it still is though. Probably not for the 3, as that was right before the Y came out.

I'd buy one before the Cybertruck in a heartbeat. It's a good, creative design. They've actually sold out of all of the tri motor models already.

The way the car market is now...I'm sure this is still happening.

That Hummer looks like a beast. Brilliant move by GMC to turn the iconic gas guzzler into their first EV truck, with it appealing to high end buyers capable of affording the early adopter tax.

They are following it up with an SUV version. Both have removable roof panels, rapid charging, and can accelerate to 60 in 3 seconds.

It's a toy for rich coastal people that want to stand out...since they can't do that with a Model X anymore.

Probably, but an EV powertrain has less moving parts. Unlike a combustion engine, it requires little or no maintenance.

I'm wondering with the chip shortage if Ford will make their spring target for the F150 Lightning.

That Tesla truck is hideous.
It looks like something Napoleon Dynamite would scribble out in class with a unicorn in the bed of the truck.

It looks like something Musk scribbled while doing his reefer hazed interview with Rogan.

On the brightside, Ford will be relieved it will have less grenading Ecoboost engines.

It's going to need some pimping, like a Raptor Edition. That just looks so plain and those Hot Wheels rims don't do it for me. Overall, though, Ford is going to knock it out of the park with this truck.

At least the F150 looks like a truck. Not sure why some EV makers want their cars to look like toys.

In fairness, I'm not sure why some automakers want their trucks to look exactly like every other truck on the market with little differentiation.

not talking about maintenance as you think of gas engine vehicles.

i'm talking about repairs and fixing... the electrical parts of the vehicle are extremely dangerous and hazardous. The labor of trained mechanics is slim as shite right now.

I’m hoping for a hybrid Tacoma,as long as it can tow 5,000 lbs.
