It wasn't until I traveled outside the south did I realize that cold beer at a gas station was not the norm in America.
I found this out when I went to a c-store in Middletown, Rhode Island. The clerk, who I swear was Peter Griffin IRL, told me I had to go down the street to the liquor store to buy my brew.

This is definitely their biggest issue. Republicans being small government at this point is a farce.
Don’t forget to vote Nikki Haley. We need to know exactly who everyone is that comments on white house videos.

Yeah that's what happened to Gant. I don't know Rose's motivation.
Which makes this even worse. Him trying to use his position to settle personal vendettas.
Absolutely should be kicked from the Republican Party for being stupid.

My time in WI and CA would beg to differ. Go the the right gas station out here on a Friday and you'll be behind 3-4 construction guys buying 1-2 tall boys for the ride home.
That leads to a point that needs to be made. This bill does nothing to prevent drunk driving. No one is getting drunk on the first 1-2 cold beers they might drink on the way home. All this does is hurt business for gas stations because people will go to stores that can sell it cold. Or, they will just have a cooler in their truck with beer already on ice for when they leave work.
Looks like these two are only trying not to get reelected.

Gross.
But if Tennessee is doing it, I’m sure some idiots in the Kentucky legislature will copy and paste this one to try to pass.

Serves him right for getting in the way of the drunk driver, dammit!
Don't drink and drive.....get yer drinking out of the way, first!
Come on, I feel for the guy, but banning cold beer sales across all sales platforms is way too harsh. Hopefully the drunk driver is spending his time as a guest of the state

I think you mean "Protestants."
It's kind of perversely hilarious to me now, listening to the MAAD Mommies - or somewhat sheltered people like my mom - who have no idea how many drugs are on the street for next to nothing - and they still think the demon in the bottle is responsible for all problems in life.

Are DUIs even that big of an issue in most places now? Obviously, they still happen some, but I'm much more worried about getting hit by someone posting on Instagram.
Totally agree, though drunk driving is still a problem with some of mis amigos latinos. But, to repeat my last post, it's also drugs that keep people awake for days, not just having a couple beers on the way home from work.

I’m trying to think of how many times I’ve had to rely on store refrigerated alcohol for my beer being cold. Not many, and the times I did, we were gonna drink that shite regardless.
