After watching and listening to the tape I don’t have a good opinion of the Sheriff. He is a major POS. Whether it was justified or not he sounds like he is getting off on the shooting. The Sheriff is a mouthy braggart. Kinda like the idiot in the White House.

This is tough to me because the guy was in control of a deadly weapon, but that being said the sherrif's behavior afterwards is disgusting and I can completely see where other officers would be way to quick on the trigger.

See, if Black Lives Matter wasn’t just about black people and was inclusive to everyone who is against aggressive militaristic policing, they would be much more effective in achieving their goals.

But that doesn’t seem to be the case here. He was driving at a low speed on an empty road.
