This is 1970’s police work in 2018. Too many tools and other options available to resolve a situation like that. It gives professional police officers a bad rap...the icing on the cake is the commentary which displays the bravado backwards arse unprofessional leadership of that department. I’m 110% pro police, but there is nothing there I can defend or argue. Those poor subordinates are screwed being led that way. That man did not have to die. Was he a shite missle? Likely so, but he didn’t have to die....sad
