Wife and sister both ICU nurses there: she’s in good hands. OLOL is like charity now.

She's in the best place she could possibly be in BR.

Outstanding hospital, like others have said. Definitely the best one in BR, with very good doctors and staff

The vascular surgeon groups have privileges at both BRG and OLOL. BRG is know for having more of an orthopedic specialty than OLOL.

It’s where I was born, so it must be pretty good!

Damn you weren’t born at woman’s hospital? You sure your mom isn’t suing amazon right now?

since she's over 80, she's fortunate that they didn't send her to OLOL. When you're over 80 years old, they just watch you without lifting a finger until you die.

Basic tip.... if you have someone staying with her, keep track of all of her medicines, drug interactions, and pay attention to make sure the nurses are giving her the meds with HER name on it. I’ve been through this with both parents and have a few stories. Nobody did anything nefarious, but you have to be aware for her.

Spent a week in BR General for Double Pneumonia a couple months ago. Great hospital and friendly staff.

You have to be careful with pneumonia. That's what finally got Liberace.
