Stay away from the charcoal powders you see that claim to whiten your teeth.

They are too abrasive and actually can erode away your enamel(which doesn't grow back)

I bought some Crest white strips on Prime Day. Haven't opened the box yet, though. Think I'll go try one out now.

The stuff you can get at the dentist's office works, but makes your teeth really sensitive for a few days after using it.

And it was pretty expensive last time I bought some 10 or so years ago. Like $150.

That Glo whitening kit works pretty solid. One of those goofy kinda UV light mouthpiece things

Phillips zoom day white. Need a tray, though. This is exactly what dr gave me at half the price. Ive also tried the number one product on amazon, opalescense, would not reccomend.

Have aligner trays made at an orthodontist. they are much sturdier than whitening trays and can be used as an overnight retainer. I had the ortho make the wells a bit larger to accomodate the gel

buy Opalescence 35% on Amazon

Squeeze a dot in each tooth well

wear for 2 hours. any longer and you will be in agony

your teeth will feel electrified the first few times you do it. if you really want to speed up the process, sleep with the gel in. you will feel it for a few days though LOL. You can get a lower percentage of gel for overnight use if you like. they all work, just depends how quick you want

I have the Snow teeth whitening system. It's pricey, but it legit works. Noticeably whiter teeth in three to four uses. Now I just use it 2-3 nights a week for 15 minutes.

Charcoal is great. My GF used it and I started and I noticed a little more white shade going after a few times.

I also use baking soda once a week. I want to know how to restore enamel if possible. I'm sure mine is gone from all the sodas I used to drink.

I tried it from their listing on amazon( Opalescence 35%). Used daily as instructed for two weeks and VERY little change. I immediately ordered the zoom, which I had used previously with great success. I could have possibly gotten a bad batch, as there are many good reviews about opalescence, but, for now, Im just going to stick with what I know works for me.

I got the original one from my dentist, but lost it in a move and ordered one to do for myself online. Works pretty well, not as tight of a fit.

Also, just FYI, when, and if, you do the phillips zoom, it will lighten your gums temporarily (30 mins-1hr). It freaked me out the first time. Also, the zoom definitely brings about more sensitivity, but it is also temporary until you finish the treatment.

Sodium Hypochlorite works great and is cheap, just make sure to use a dilute solution.
