I know the kid, and his father.
Lived in Rayne, attended Notre Dame,
2 guys arrested. No drugs with victim involved at all. It dies appear ge witnessed something he shouldn't have...wrong place/time. The other details aren't necessary.
Jr in high school
No drugs, etc
Just a solid kid that was murdered
Senseless and unnecessary.

Everytime a story like this comes out the ones that know the victim almost always says this

I am really curious what he could have witnessed while driving between Duson and Rayne that would motivate the criminals to pursue and murder him in cold blood.
I hear that one person was arrested in houston after they traced the license plate of the criminals vehicle. That in turn led to this guy being arrested locally.

Theft, hit n run, road rage,, etc....could have been many things.
I was getting details last night and it was loud and drinks were flowing.was at a table with local attorneys

I have tried to google info about the supposed accomplice arrested in houston. I cant come up with anything.

There’s a few of them in the Lafayette area, LA Riders is/was probably the bigger one a few years ago back when I rode motorcycles, I don’t pay attention anymore but there’s a ton of dudes with red/yellow MC colors around town now.
Theres actually been a bunch of them hanging out at a bar not far from me that I pass all the time, usually 5-10 bikes at most, last night there was probably 20-30 of them there when I passed. Made me wonder if that’s where the murder was at before hand, the route from that bar to Rayne could easily match where I was told the kid passed.

I think people have confused some details of the victims friend who arrived shortly after the crime had taken place and with seemingly no knowledge of what had just transpired. When he found him he was slumped over the steering wheel in his truck. His friend assumed at first that he was asleep. When he went to wake him he discovered he was already shot and likely unconscious.
