A couple of comments. I generally don't believe the things I see on the internet. I don't know what started this confrontation, but the girl head-butted the mother first. The "allegaions of abuse" came after the mother and daughter had already been fighting and it isn't clear that the accusations weren't part of the fight more than some actual serious accusation, i.e., the girl might have said that out of spite. That said, this is just trash in video form that doesn't really merit a watch. Is this an example of bad parenting? Oh yes. criminally bad? Maybe.
