If they could at a minimum get that stupid arse seatbelt deal changed to where if you weren’t wearing it you have some culpability in your injuries and get the jury threshold down to at least the national average. Which doesn’t sound like much for those who haven’t read what it is, but I’m sure it would drop it down from 50k to under 10k due to 36 states not even having one. Along with the next closest to us is at 15k.

Most will give you the option to pay back the owed premium but some like Progressive will deny the claim out right and tell you to pound sand. Seenit happen before and it made me smile
