Let's see what we can glean from this. Kid helps to potentially save another kid's life and gets suspended. Later in life, he doesn't act as a good Samaritan (recalling the punishment he faced for it once) and then gets thrown in jail (hypothetical of course).

Maybe so. He still did the right thing and it got him in trouble at school.
My question would be for the teacher. A student can't breath because of an asthma attack, and the teacher sends an email. MINUTES go by, nothing. If a student can't breath, how many minutes is acceptable to wait while you watch them gag for breath? 1? 5? 10? Until a response comes (which may be never)?

“During 5th period another student complained that she couldn't breathe and was having an asthma attack. As I waited for a response from the nurse the student fell out of her chair to the floor. Anthony proceeded to go over and pick her up, saying ‘f—k that we ain’t got time to wait for no email from the nurse.’ He walks out of class and carries the other student to the nurse.”

He had been in trouble once before..
He's not a perfect student, but he did the right thing here and he shouldn't be suspended for it.
Those attacks are scary.. Imagine what it's like for the student going through it.. You don't just sit there and wait.. he's better off getting her medical aid.. Really is an awesome response on his part.
