It's the parent's fault. The teacher is supposed to teach kids how to behave in public on top of teaching? Parents need to get off their arse and actually parent.

They figure that when they punch someone they might fall out and die. It's quicker and easier to shoot someone in the knee cap and let them live another day. It is a calculated risk. Kids are smart they watch the knees they saw what happened to that kid at Dunkin. If he had a gun and shot the guy to protect everyone he would have gotten off Scott free and old man Pedo would be at home with only a blown out kneecap from an accurate gunshot. Accurate punch killed the guy.

Im in my 30s and we got hit with rulers and made to fricking stand in the corner of the class room with our nose touching the wall.
