Last man in for the day & about to shut it down - what's the rest of the world looking like out there?

I’ve been updating my resume all day because I have a dumbass boss who called a 3 o’clock meeting.

Everyone else is out on the interstates of the country, so better off just being at the office.

I am still at the office.

I'm not making any phone calls, but there's some other stuff I'm trying to make a dint in. Actually surprising amount of people in. I thought it would probably be deserted.

We're a full 300 strong workforce today. The folks in production and manufacturing do not like to miss a day or leave early anyway.

My office was empty. Spent the day writing code for my Christmas lights instead of my actual features for work.

I got in about 8:00 and was immediately hit with phone calls and emails about meetings for next week. Started working in everything and it was all done by 9:00. I stared at the wall until I left at 1:00

WE Had a full shift of clients this morning. Only 3 were scheduled for the afternoon and only 1 showed up.

But I stayed with a skinny staff anyways and we had fun hanging around and bonding.

Lots of work. Ruining people’s travels that don’t understand simple things. It’s always fun

I work from home so its just my daughter and I. I do some work then we go outside then go back and work some more .
She's 7 so going outside to ride her scooter is important.
