from another article on this subject

quote:

At the time, a local youth swim team was using the facilities. Young girls and some of their parents “became alarmed” that the male was changing in the female locker room and alerted the front desk staff. Staff members then “asked the man to leave and offered the availability of a family changing room.”

He did not accept the offer.

After his swim, he “again entered the women’s locker room to change.” Front desk staff once again asked him to leave “and he eventually did.”

so no, Darth, he did not just sit there and watch them change

Sounds like he did sit there. They offered to let him use another room. Even in your quote it says he declined. That's means he used the girls room while those little girls were there. And it says he used the women's locker room and "eventually" left. As in he left when he felt like it. I'm sure this was only after he saw what he'd come to see.

Darth...your comprehension is troubling.

You're reading into this story what you want to read.

Sounds like the sane swim coach didn't allow the girls to be in the room with the sick pervert. The sick pervert eventually left.

A father should have gone in there (with it cleared of females) and had a discussion with the sick pervert.

No offense, and you're usually a pretty level headed and intelligent poster. But it's you who's reading comprehension is failing at this moment.

Let me try to break this down for you again. Read it slowly if it will help you.

1. Some guy goes to the rec pool and enters the ladies locker room and gets undressed.

2. Women in the locker room go to the staff and complain.

3. The staff confront him and when they do he cites a new city law allowing anyone to use any locker room or bathroom they "identify" with. He is not forced to leave and in fact stays at the pool.

4. Later a group of young girls show up and go to the locker room to change into their bathing suits for swim practice.

5. While these girls are in the girls locker room this man again goes into the locker room.

6. The staff approach him again and offer to let him use a "family" locker room. He declines their offer and continues to use the girls locker room.

7. At some point he "eventually" leaves the girls locker room on his own.

Nowhere in that story was he prevented from entering into or forced to leave from the girls locker room. He went in as he pleased, stayed as long as he pleased, and only left when he pleased. And he did it all within his legal rights.

My thoughts exactly. I've always thought social media would be the downfall of civilization and unfortunately it's happening. Just look how much bullshite was started on social media. You've got people who create faux outrage and then all the dumbasses come out of the woodwork putting pressure on companies who then cave because they don't know how to stop it. Once the SJWs have won it's on to the next and the shite will never stop. Slippery slope indeed and its passed the point of no return.

And it's crazy how in many of these cases the "outrage" is actually a relatively small number of posts, tweets, etc., and some former activists have even admitted to creating a fake social media network to amplify an issue and make it seem much larger than it is.

I keep hoping that the worm will turn and people in authority, private and/or govt, will become a bit desensitized to it, to a reasonable level, such that a hundred tweets won't look/feel like the damn sky is falling.

Where does it say this?

And if he did, did the little girls change it while he was in there? I doubt it.

And this is also false. The police should have been called since this man did not attempt nor ever identify himself as transgender.

Really? Please tell us the last time you looked at the cash you were spending....other than the number in the corners. I could careless if they put Mickey Mouse, Hitler or Rex on a piece of currency....as long as I can spend it.

I used to not care about otherwise silly issues like these.

But then I gradually realized that there is a huge movement growing almost unstoppable of those on the other side that DO CARE and are working every day to affect more and more things that DO matter.

So I think the time has come for people to start caring about things that they may not otherwise and to start showing that care with their votes, money, voices and keystrokes.

The story says he used the girls locker room while the girls swim team was also using it. Again, here it is right in the middle of the news article....

quote:

No one was arrested in this case and police weren't called, even though the man returned a second time while young girls were changing for swim practice.

And here, from your own post....

quote:

At the time, a local youth swim team was using the facilities. Young girls and some of their parents “became alarmed” that the male was changing in the female locker room and alerted the front desk staff. Staff members then “asked the man to leave and offered the availability of a family changing room.”

He did not accept the offer.

So from the article it says he returned while girls were in the locker room and even in your own quote it says they offered him another locker room but he did not accept the offer.

so why is it you can't comprehend this guy first used the women's locker room when it was full of a bunch of naked women and then later used it again, this time when it was full of naked girls?

quote:

And this is also false. The police should have been called since this man did not attempt nor ever identify himself as transgender.

Again, read the article and understand.....

quote:

Women alerted staff, who told the man to leave, but he said "the law has changed and I have a right to be here."

Employees report that the man made no verbal or physical attempt to identify as a woman, yet he still cited a new rule that allows bathroom choice based on gender identification.

As for calling the cops, again from the article....

quote:

No one was arrested in this case and police weren't called

probably because everyone complained

if he did use the locker room, it was empty

Where are you getting that it was empty when the article says he returned WHILE THE GIRLS SWIM TEAM WAS USING THE LOCKER ROOM TO CHANGE FOR SWIM PRACTICE? it's like you're just making shite up to fit your political narrative.

Once again you're pulling details out of your arse that are based on nothing in the story.

But even if that's what happened, even though nothing like that is described in the story, so now girl's have to leave a girls locker room so a man can use it? He's got more right to be there than they do?

frick Salmon

BTW, I'm quite surprised that you being a fellow husband and father you seem alright with a man being able to just waltz into a women's locker room where women and little girls are getting changed without facing any repercussions. Is the LGBT agenda that important to you?

If a 3rd bathroom doesn't satisfy, then the problem is within the individual. NOT society.

its called common sense Darth

if people are complaining, I doubt when this guy cites some new law, they are just going to be like "oh ok, go ahead and get naked in front of him now Sally"

so now girl's have to leave a girls locker room so a man can use it? He's got more right to be there than they do?

I stated earlier that the cops should have been called in this case because the laws do not protect this man

While your point of view is valid, I choose to fight the fights that are worth fighting & whose face that's on my cash just isn't one of them.

The Constitution, the Federal Gov't, immigration, etc are fights worth fighting.

Actually the law does protect him. How do you figure that it doesn't?
