Target: We’re going ultra woke and our business will soar

Also Target: Our business has to be soaring so all our losses in sales has to be because things are now being stolen rather than bought

It’s how you combat inflation. Wages don’t increase, but the price of everything goes up 15-75%, just steal it, like the government steals your money and sends it to the Ukraine or any global warming sham project.

Those people aren’t paying taxes either. We are the losers. I mean I commend the guy that would go back and pay, I’d do that too.

But that’s because we are suckers.

There is insurance for theft, And of course, everyone forgets about the deductible. What would a commercial retail deductible be? ..about $2,000?

Now that's on them. These places let people steal from them. If people know they can steal without getting in any type of trouble, they will do it. Pay a security guard at each location with the most theft.

Hire off duty police.. That creates opportunity for police to make extra money..

It would be a lot cheaper to hire a couple of guards per store with AR15's with a license to maim.

We’ve become a nation of soft and spoiled people who wouldn’t understand morals, sacrifice, and discipline if it slapped them in the face.

Employee theft is the number one cause of loss for retail operations. The loss prevention folks are mainly concerned with employee theft not someone lifting toothpaste or a candy bar.

Shoplifting losses have remained consistent since the 1950s. If you are ever asked to come with someone or to stay as you leave the store just keep walking. They are instructed to never get in any physical confrontation with anyone they suspect of shoplifting. At worst if you come back you are tailed or asked to leave or always asked if you need help when you enter the store.

LOL. If we paid and trained police well they wouldn't need to make extra money.

I can see retail stores operating like private clubs in the near future. ID and a form of payment on file or you’re denied entry.
