He was last seen running toward a nearby Motel 6.
Not surprising, as this is where all the drugged out homeless people stay.
I don't think I've ever been approached by anyone in the Target parking lot, unlike the College Dr Walmart where people constantly ask you for "some change for the bus".
But yeah, the panhandlers usually work shifts at the stoplight next to Olive Garden.

There's something wrong with that.
Exactly.

why do so many people on this website think boycotting everything is the best way to go about things

One time while pumping gas at Siegen Racetrack, I was approached by panhandlers twice in less than five minutes.
It's gotten out of hand in that area.

It's a few minutes more of a drive for me, but going to the Millerville Target is worth it to avoid the shitshow that is Siegen.

The article did not mention political affiliation. Oh wait, you are saying that Democrat is one of those codewords here.
Time to move on from this thread folks, nothing to see here. Or at least change the narrative to the poor now. Nevermind, I see that has already been done

The fact that it's surprising that the crime WASN'T committed by a member of a demographic that is only 12.3% of the US population should tell you something.
If you and others (like the Gravy Bunch) would get as butthurt about the race to crime ratio as y'all do about people calling out the obvious, maybe shite would change.

I would bet most of the rif raf is from those shitty hotels by the interstate. There is a whole sub-culture of people that basically live in hotels like that until they get kicked out going from hotel to hotel prostituting and selling/doing drugs. I used to see them all the time in the gas stations and walking to that McD's/Taco Bell when I worked near there. Nasty looking folks.

But it was to get money to buy drugs from a nearby democrat.

Exactly. Why would one build commercial real estate developments next to seedy hotels?

Who in government would we contact to express our concerns to? Mayors office? Police HQ? City councilman?

What are they going to do?
At one time, when as a society we actually had standards, there were vagrancy laws/ordinances on the books. Now they're either gone or the powers-that-be aren't interested in enforcing them.

Why are black folks enamored with IHOP? I've noticed the one on college is not diverse at all.

To do what? Complain that the target parking lot is dangerous 2 times a decade?
Nobody is going to do shite about petty crime and nobody plans to do shite about it. Buy a gun and be aware of your surroundings. Sometimes people get mugged, unfortunately that's life. Some of you make it sound like Siegen has turned into a Mad Max movie
