Target is reducing prices on 5,000 common goods, including milk, butter and pet food

"We know consumers are feeling pressured to make the most of their budget, and Target is here to help them save more," Executive Vice President Rick Gomez said.

It's just how Walmart "rolls back" it's prices. Other items will go up a few cents to balance out the price decrease. They know when you walk in you'll deviate from the shopping list.

Can't let women go. It's built for women to deviate. I have no problem not deviating if I go in there for something specific.
