$750K-$1M.
Dear Lord what we have in Upstate SC far away from retards and other undesirables, for a small fraction of that is staggering. Good luck with the groomers.

Found a house in Round Rock listed for $1M.
I hate how the new developments basically clear cut the existing trees.

Lakeway is so underrated. It’s in Lake Travis school district, which is only behind Eanes as the top school district in Travis County, and top 10 in the state of TX.
Bee Cave is also a quaint area with a lot of retail and restaurants.

Northwest Hills. Take Mopac to your office downtown. If there’s traffic (and there will be) you can take surface streets.

You should come play in my golf tournament in October.
Unfortunately I don't play golf. But if there's a bar where LSU fans hangout to watch some football games, I am up for it! Bring on the Brian Kelly era!
Speaking of not playing golf - what are some good places/courses to take golf lessons as an adult in the area? It's a sport I've been wanting to try out for some time.

I’m sorry. I am having to take 183 and 35 lately. It sucks. If you like construction you’ll love it here. I’m driving in from Bastrop. My home office got moved out of Del Valle to Riverside location and I despise it. I now get to drive to Pflugerville Manor Hutto and Cedar Park from South during the days. I’m dreading the Friday and afternoon traffic once school starts on the 9th,

Shoal Creek is the main one but there are a couple of others.

So from Bastrop 71 to Ben White to Lamar then North?
Or take 183 Toll to Bastrop Rd to Lamar?

I hate down town driving. But I may have to try to go there.

Would highly recommend the Teravista subdivision. It’s pretty large and split between Georgetown & Round Rock. The Georgetown side is a bit newer, but you can’t go wrong with either. Houses will range $500K-$1Mil on the Georgetown side, and slightly less on the Round Rock side.
Elementary schools are easy walking distance & within the neighborhood if you have young children. The outlet mall is just a couple miles away, along with movie theater, grocery store, hospital, etc.
We just sold our house to move closer to our families, and we wish we could have taken that neighborhood and our house with us. Close knit community, tons of awesome amenities (multiple pools, fitness centers, tennis, beach volleyball, etc.)
Teravista has its own website if you’re interested.
