A spokesperson for the restaurant chain said: “We are aware of the incident that recently occurred in our Swansea restaurant. The restaurant franchisee has fully cooperated with the police and no further action will be taken.

That's as cut and dry as it comes. Dude advanced toward the employee, then took a swing at him. Employee ducks it and throws him to the floor, and that was that. It's not like he even kept hitting on him or anything. He literally neutralized the threat in two seconds.
