Swimming holes within an hour-ish of Baton Rouge?

Anything decent in the area? Would like to get in some water this weekend. I thought I remembered reading about one in the Alexandria area but I can't find information on it now.

Come to my neighborhood. We have a pond in the back, but we have a pool and a pond.... Pond be good for you. Natural spring.
