I always ask if I was an idiot for spending over a thousand on a national championship ticket in 2019 (I also went to the semi final game). Never get a good answer for that.

And for the record, I do not regret spending all of that money whatsoever. This is the same thing for lots of girls and women.

Yall can say whatever you want about her music and her personal life but there’s no denying that her 3 nights in Nola bringing in $500M is one of the biggest wins the state has seen in a long time.

Then if that weren’t enough she donates 75k meals to the food bank of South Louisiana.

Let’s not forget her help she gave after the 2016 floods in Br.

Again you can dislike her music or whatever but she deserves respect for what she’s done for Louisiana.v

This will do nothing to silence the middle age male snowflakes that abhor her

Sorry, just not buying it. No doubt a lot of money was spent but I believe the 1300 figure is over inflated.

Hotel for 2 nights- $1400
3 Tickets-$600 easily
2 Sweatshirts- $150
9 Meals- $550 easily
Incidentals- $250

These are ballpark numbers and pretty conservative roughly $3000 so not too far off.

I am not sure if the hotels charge for parking, but I think they do. I probably missing a few things.

Nothing is stupid as long as you have all of your debt paid.

Have your debt paid off, spend as freely as you want. If you are holding debt you shouldnt be increasing your debt load.

This is very very simple stuff. It doesnt get any simpler.

I was referring to the actual hotels. Don't they charge by the day? I am sure they jacked that price up too.

I think that spending a couple of thousand on 2 - 3 hours of a concert sends the message that 2 - 3 K don't matter.

How about spending a few thousand on a weekend spent with your daughter sharing something she loves?

Maybe a couple thousand dollars really doesn't matter when it comes to spending quality time with your family.

If I have to buy your time with money thats pretty sad.

Id rather you thank me for paying for your education than remember me for a concert.

I am not your friend; I am your father.

Why does it have to be just one of these options?

Taylor is so amazing.

I’d drain my kid’s college fund just so they could breathe the same air as this Queen for a couple hours. Did you know she even writes her own songs?

You have had some incredibly shitty takes in this thread but this is by far your worst.

Is that what you tell your son when he asks to go to the LSU game with you? How much do season tickets cost?

If they wanted, they could thank me for both.
