By all means let's. Lots of countries thought they were "done". Israel (heh - that Israeli scientist who was touted on here looks pretty dumb now), Japan, Australia, Spain, Canada, Germany. There's no reason to think Sweden has reached herd immunity, their numbers (current cases still much higher than Finland, Denmark, Norway) are showing an uptick over the last two weeks, like a lot of places.

You left out two important points:
1. Sweden is unlike those two countries. It's much more internationalist and has a higher percentage of people living in a dense city, so we would expect a higher death toll.
2. Sweden is done with the virus, and it sustained much less economic damage. Furthermore, Norway and Finland still have a huge economic price to pay, Sweden does not.
3. Norway and Finland still have to suffer the infection wave (or sit tight until a vaccine is available).
