She should have known better than to rent an apartment where the previous tenant was a known marijuana user.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

My favorite aspect of all this are the cops that are like "oh well, she'll get paid" as if that money is unlimited and they don't GAF about how much their incompetency and abuse costs the tax payer.

Am I supposed to be mad about this? Sounds like good advice.

How about, "go ahead and get dressed. The dude we were looking for isn't here".

Oh, and da frick on searching her?

I mean, your warrant was to find a PERSON. That shite shouldn't mean "oh, now that we're in your house and didn't find him, let's see if we can find some drugs".

Our police forces are out of fricking control.

It isn't the crazy rogue cop that bothers me. It's the shite they seem to think is NORMAL!!

She might be widowed so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on being a harlot. But she's got the police searching her house with a child present and that's just inexcusable. I hope she goes away for a long time.

So what catogory does it fall under? Laws have to be inforced and some times things get messy. This lady had it coming and got what she deserved. You put yourself on the wrong side of the law, things won't go well for you, simple as that.

If you are not trolling or being sarcastic, exactly what did she do to get on the wrong side of the law?

i don't.

I hate the incompetence and stupidity.

We'll never know if one of the cops apologized or not nor whether or not the village relaced the door. [ I seriously doubt it ]

I think they defer to insurance...pretty fricking pathetic...just robots, no humanity.

These threads are always an echo chamber. Police abusing power seems to be an issue that everyone is on the same side of but there's rarely a solution presented, just a bunch of people getting mad.

How about we find a candidate who's in favor of body cameras and third party investigations of police use of force, and we support the hell out of that candidate?

Or we could all just sit here and get angry about it all the time. Either way....

It's a sad commentary when anyone who doesn't agree with you is automatically labelled a troll. This is what's wrong with America.

The negligence started when the swat team leader didn't check with the city county and state police departments to ensure "Mr Jackson" was still unsecured. It continued when they left this woman disrobed for 10 minutes while holding assault weapons aimed at her, and it finalized with the head of the DA giving some cover-up excuse instead of an apology.

And what candidate would that be?

Republicans are very pro law enforcement and would never be caught on tape or camera saying anything derogatory about them and that's about all we've been capable of electing lately.
