I agree, she has kids and she isn't even married

She might be widowed so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt on being a harlot. But she's got the police searching her house with a child present and that's just inexcusable. I hope she goes away for a long time.

So the cop thought Mr Jackson was hiding on the woman's body? We've allowed stupid people parading as cops to take over our country.

District Attorney Joseph Early said that state police acted on the "best intelligence" available — a search warrant filed by a trooper who said a trusted source told him that the intended suspect, "Mr. Jackson," resided at the apartment.

This sounds like something that would get said in Afghanistan.

And, it would make sense there.

Um. No. In fricking America, "best available" should NOT be the standard for invading people's fricking homes!!! The homes of CITIZENS!!!

The bigger question is, was this suspect considered so dangerous that a Swat team was needed?

And wait. The cop used the fact he raided an APARTMENT and found drugs LASTS SEPTEMBER as justification to raid it again 11 months later?

Um, it's a goddamned Apartment. Ya know. These things change hands.

Sheesh. frick cops. Really. Just frick them because again, THIS is an example where the force literally thinks this shite is justified. This isn't some rogue a-hole. This is SYSTEMIC!

Wouldn't this perhaps be a case of the people in charge screwing up and the cops doing what they were told/ordered to do? Or does a SWAT team verify info, address, etc before taking action??

Someone screwed up ... that's awful.

Somehow I always considered the term "fiancé" a bit differently than is being used here.

I am sure if she is found to be innocent and the raid was the fault of the shoddy police work, you would want to see some police go away for a long time instead?

Isn't frisking a naked woman just feeling her up?

So what catogory does it fall under? Laws have to be inforced and some times things get messy. This lady had it coming and got what she deserved. You put yourself on the wrong side of the law, things won't go well for you, simple as that.
