168gr or 175gr is the standard Black Hills .308 match round. There are plenty of other variants from other manufacturers, most of which are around that. It might have been a little heavier, but "sub-sonic" has nothing to do with it.

There wasn’t a sonic crack with the shot hence it was subsonic. More than likely a 300BO.

The rifle was canned, btw.

So you’ve never shot a supersonic through a silencer?

It isn’t that quiet.

There's no guarantee where that bullet goes after going through a computer.

If his head was close to the monitor it doesn’t matter, center head will be a head shot hit even if it deflects some. This is totally different if the target is 50 yards on the other side of the monitor, then deflection might come into play because the ballistics were altered. That close it does NOT matter.

Thank you ‘71.

Guy obviously has never shot with a silencer.

None of which you can tell from a camera/mic on an indoor shot.

I've put close to a million rounds downrange, between rifle and pistol, with tens of thousands more of long range/precision rifle.

I've had a gun in my hand longer than you've had your pecker in yours.

You don't know shite about shite, and it's obvious.

You could hear a sonic crack on a .556 through a body cam mic. If you have shot enough rounds through a suppressor you could tell the difference.

If you need guarantees, then you probably don't need to be following up on hostage situations and SWAT activities.

"firing through barriers is a trained and known skill of the ..... snipers". If you look at the computer screen you can see the hole it made in the top right corner.

Youre right dude, I'm the cause of all problems because I think that was a risky shot to take. I'm sure you've killed many a deer from your heated deer stand through computer monitors and have read a billion firearms blogs so. Thank God we've got people like you to right the ship I've sunk.
