wow. latest cast on the storm radar app has this line missing us completely. it starts falling apart and moving north between us and lafayette. that would be awesome.

I remember reading a lot about HAARP about 10 years ago. I had difficulty understanding what was factual (which included some crazy experiments) versus conspiracy.
One (probable conspiracy) said that our government was learning how to affect mind control for defined areas and had greater success for those with a lower-middle IQ range.
