Suspected human hand found in Florida canal

"We are ready for every matter at hand," the post said.

I was fishing for stripers below a river dam once. A bunch of us saw what looked to be the top of a submerged human head floating in the water. Straight hair was floating back and forth from the exposed scalp. Everyone looked at each other with alarm. Someone snagged it with a cast, and pulled it close enough for a look. It was a dead long haired goat. You might feel foolish afterwards, but you've got to check these type things out.
