any landing not on a designated airfield is technically a crash landing.
Looks like a Mooney, those are pimp arse planes. Fast though, supposed to be really hard to land on soft fields due to how hard it is to slow them down.
Good piloting I would say.

I always assume a crash landing would involve a crash

Nice soft field landing.
Is it still wet in BR?

Agreed. No small feat landing that plane without power.

back when LAGCO was pretty big they would shut down Johnston St. in LFT to land a bunch of airplanes to display, and then of course, shut it down later for them to take off

the original "Crash Landing"

Looks like a Mooney M20, awesome plane. Some of them have speed brakes to put down quickly. If you manage your speeds they are fine to land, but if you come in hot get ready to bounce.

Pilot was probably blinded by the sun reflecting off all the gold teeth

Ever seen the movie Lord of War?
The scene where he lands the plane and it gets stripped down...

ETA: Doesn't look very "crash landed".
There isn't a runway underneath it. Looks like a very lucky or skilled pilot IMO.

He probably could have made it if that fire truck wasn't there on Plank.
Is that a 172 or 182 Cessna?

our company had a crash in the mountains in SA years ago, before any investigative/rescue teams could get there, all bodies and luggage had been stripped of anything of value, including gold teeth, much of the metal from the aircraft was taken as well

I can see how the former judge in your avatar would be bothered by reporters like Nakamoto.
