I know a few of that type you're describing who are pure D rednecks who only hunt, fish, and customize their trucks. They don't know shite about football and think we're the weird ones.

Its an adjustment watching the game with people who are more interested in the commercials. Im used to talking, eating, bathroom during commercials and half time. At superbowl parties people want to do that stuff during the game and watch the commercials/half time more. Throws me off.

The guy who starts the game a little later so that he can fast forward through stuff. Like I get that it's great to do that for regular games, but it's not quite necessary for the Superbowl. He ended up just forwarding through all the commentary and some of the plays. Watched the commercials, watched the halftime show. Kept having to go back because he'd forward through too far. Ends up in lost time after going back and forth a few times.
