Since the regulars are hung over
Not much wisdom. Morning people.
My gator is still hanging out in
My yard. He fat. The water level in our pond has dropped enough to make that little sandbar for him. Now he just lays there all day watching my swimming pool. Makes it tough to put food in the birdfeeder.
Yesterday, lightning struck a FPL transformer on the back side of our subdivision and caught about 3 to 5 acres on fire. It’s in a place where you can’t get to it by a vehicle so they brought in two helicopters and were taking water from our ponds and dropping it on the fire. We had a storm come up with more lightning so they had to abort the helicopter mission for a few hours and it took them 6 to 8 hours to eventually put the fire out.

Are you allowed to shoot it? Because that picture makes me hungry. You could throw a big ole barbeque and maybe get yourself a new belt and wallet.

I somehow think the HOA would frown upon us shooting him. Plus, I have no interest in shooting him.
Makes me wonder how old he is.
And yes Sally. His name is Ned.

Totally understand. Ole Ned is just trying to live his best gator life. No need to barbeque him. I bet Ned is pushing 150 which in gator years is probably like 48

Yea, I figure he is close to 8-9 feet. Ole boy is big. I figured 150-200 pounds. He is very thick. We have some huge tilapia in our ponds and I would guess that makes up the bulk of their diet. I see them eating them a lot

Good Morning Humans
Sunday Brunch Day is upon us. Praise Cheeses.
I’m taking the heathen low-road today — guest preacher’s filling the pulpit, so I made an executive decision to enjoy good food and a couple Bloody Marys after attending Bedside Baptist on TV.
But first, a little hot yoga to crank up the day.
Y’all have yourselves a heck of a Sunday.
