Moved here relatively recently and am due for a new tag. My issue is when I bought my vehicle, it already had tint on the front windows that some people have said might be a little dark. I completely overlooked this when I bought it and don’t want to have to remove it. Any places you gents would suggest that would agree with me that my tint is right at the limit would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Not in NOLA but Charlies Automotive in Harahan (by the Riverbend).

Disregard. You probably need something special for NOLA.

I use the 5-minute oil change place on Canal Blvd.

If you have dark tint, I would suggest finding a place in the hood and paying them off to get the brake tag. You won't be able to do that at the University Shell or 5-Minute Oil Change.

OP I'm sure one of these places in Nola that have been suggested may work - but if you happen to find yourself in BR, Hunt's Tire off of Greenwell Springs will do it for sure. Didn't say a word to my friend who had close to 5% and ignored a nick in their windshield as well.

Is you car now registered in Orleans Parish...? If so you need a city brake tag...

If not, go to I-10 tire service, just off I-10 on Causeway Blvd South..

Brandt Car Care: 13311 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70129. But be prepared for a lecture on how "Automatic" headlights don't automatically turn on when it's raining.

Ha no.

Born here, moved away with family, came back to the state for college, lived in BR for a while longer after college, work took me around country for 2 years, back in NOLA hopefully for good now.
