I have medical documentation, and I am fairly certain the medical professional has been called to trial before.

Both options certainly would make things easier in many cases, or have it completely spelled out with their intentions, providing nothing is altered or changed after a known medical condition has been diagnosed.

Gonna tear the family apart if it hasn’t already. Be prepared for that.

What is the probable venue of the challenge? That may guide choice of counsel too.

Lowe-Stein in New Orleans just got $8 million from Ed Orgeron. Had to go to Louisiana Supreme Court to do it.

That’s a divorce.

It will be overturned in rehearing.

Or should be.

I continue to be amazed that otherwise normal people lose their minds once some inheritance money is up for grabs. People suck.

This firm has a BR location

I know Betty Raglin's reputation in the field and it's top notch so I assume the other attorney is on the same level

Legally, interdiction proceedings hinge on statutory capacity standards and expert testimony, while will contests require a precise challenge under testamentary formalities and undue-influence doctrine.

You need someone who can coordinate medical affidavits and draft precise pleadings, Oberheiden P.C.’s AI Litigation Lawyer page outlines their strategic litigation approach and shows their depth in specialty forums: https://federal-lawyer.com/business-litigation/ai-litigation/
