Both options certainly would make things easier in many cases, or have it completely spelled out with their intentions, providing nothing is altered or changed after a known medical condition has been diagnosed.

Lowe-Stein in New Orleans just got $8 million from Ed Orgeron. Had to go to Louisiana Supreme Court to do it.
