At least in the 90's, the lowered trucks were usually small compact cheap trucks like the S-10, and strictly for show. Which I thought was stupid, but not this stupid.

Yes i seen a Tahoe the other day squated in Hartselle Al. that looked stupid, the driver was wearing cut-off overalls, workbooks, and blasting rap music... that boy has no clue what the hell he wants to be
