Stupid girl driver video - anyone know her?

Truck in left lane of I-12. I couldn't watch any more.

I mean it was tight but all she had to do was accelerate a little harder.

Or she could have just waited to get over like a normal person... Louisiana drivers...

Why is that a-hole truck in the left lane?

Or the truck driver could have just not accelerated into her. What is he doing driving in the fast lane anyway? I know the woman is at fault technically but from that video I think they are both to blame. The guy didn't yield at all, just went faster into her, bold move I must say.

I'm not 100% sure this video was taken on I-12, but it certainly looks like it. Trucks often get in the left lane to let other people on to merge. All this really does is create more traffic.

In all honesty, most people have no clue how to merge on to a road or interstate, to the truckers use it as a safety measure. Why people insist on merging into the interstate as soon as they can before they have build up adequate speed is beyond me. You've got like another .25 - .5 miles to speed up and merge...you don't have to do it as soon as the solid line stops.

I usually adhere to this. But there's always an a-hole right behind you trying to merge as well who merges onto the interstate and immediately speeds up and cuts you off.

That jackass never even noticed her until he was smashing her sideways. Hope he got ticketed for careless operation.

Just because she wants over and has her blinker on, it doesn't absolutely mean that the move is THERE. He as a dick about it nonetheless, but too many people think it's their right to merge just because they are signaling...everyone get out of their way, stop, slow down, etc. I'd say both are at fault though.

The truck being in the left lane for such a long period of time is a huge red flag against him as well.

I would bet money that is not what he was doing here seeing that he is trying to pass the other semi. Like I said, she was in the wrong because he was occupying the lane. However, he intentionally hit her which was a pretty dick move. It would be like me seeing someone is trying to run through a yellow/red light and flooring it when my light turns green just to hit them. They would be in the wrong, but why put myself through all that.
