there is obviously overlap, but the "at risk" population (ignoring obesity) is probably about a quarter. taking them out of the economy will frick us into depression by itself.
Groceries/apparel/household supplies/furniture and one's shopping for a new car online this week. They wouldn't be removed from the economy if you drug them kicking and screaming. Those old gals can spend $$.
