Don't feel bad about yourself.

I'm no expert on this subject, but a 4-inch penis for a man pretending to be a girl seems pretty substantial.

Not trying to be sarcastic but fasting is helping me lose when “eating better” wasn’t doing much.

Started with the 16-8 intermittent fasting, worked up to 24 hour water fast, currently near end of 48 hour water fast. I plan to do the 48 hour fast once a month (for now). Cuts fat and pounds like nothing else for me. Otherwise I pretty much eat what I want. But now I really am only hungry for 1-2 meals a day. Fasting makes you mentally see you don’t need to eat every 3-4 hours.

But bro, BMI doesn’t apply to me because I used to play pee wee football 43 years ago

It isn’t saying the low end of BMI is better than being in the middle of the healthy range

It’s simply saying being underweight on your BMI is far less dangerous than being in the overweight category

You are the stats guy so explain it to me. When I look at the chart the lowest all cause mortality hazard is at 18.5-20.0 BMI. It moves up with both higher and lower BMIs.

I can easily see this being the case since unless a man is a true ectomorph they are going to be shredded. Most low fat guys are doing a lot of exercise and are paying close attention to their nutrition.
