From what I've gathered from comments on local news stories/youtube, the kid isn't completely blind, but he is visually impaired, and has a long running feud with the bully kid. It wasn't some completely random incident

That's what I've read as well. At least that is the bully's story. Actually saw a post on imgur seeming to insinuate the half blind kid instigated the whole thing.

Someone sent me this yesterday. Not sure id be able to restrain myself if I saw this. I might kill that kid.
This really disturbed me. I seriously think I'd snap. I hope that kid gets serious punishment and help, because it's not normal for anyone, even a bully, to jump a blind kid.

The bully should be shamed w/o mercy for two reasons; 1) Fighting a blind guy. 2) Not being able to even hurt a blind guy.
