If a "man" cared about his children he wouldn't be taking them to a burlesque show.

What issue do you have with the legal ruling?

They want a world where saying those things to the people they don't like or that live lives they don't agree with to be ok.

But they'd cry the loudest if it were their children or wives being harassed online and having others wishing death upon them and saying they should be drowned to death. It would absolutely no longer be ok if it hit close to home.

The fact that it's an illegal ruling based on non-threatening Facebook posts.

Illegal or incorrect?

TROs are very legal.

A godly man must love everyone

So if I see someone who is about to walk off a cliff, I shouldn’t grab them and redirect them because changing their path would mean I do not love them and therefore am not godly?

To you they are non-threatening, to others, they are.

The concept of “the reasonable person” standard is, ahem, less than clear these days.

What a woke leftist finds unreasonable is not what > 50% of the population would find unreasonable.

I seriously doubt a judge in Washington County, Oklahoma would be considered "leftist".

The county voted for Trump over 70% in 2020. I doubt their political infrastructure is appointing many leftists to the bench.

Again, I didn't read all of this shite. Did he threatened to kill them?

The preacher specifically singled out a couple, posted photos of them on social media while spreading the spiritual message from Paul.

The preacher has every right to preach until his heart is content. He can shout Christ's message of salvation to the masses.

He cannot however, single out specific individuals, post photos of them while admonishing their lifestyle without the couple seeking a restraining order from a Judge who ruled it as harassment.

Location doesn’t matter. There are mentally deranged people everywhere.

Sometimes shite gets through the filter. Take Dan Crenshaw for instance.

This part I don't get. The "reasonable " test. A fractured society. More and more are melting and can't function when someone said "sir". The one caveat here is a constant reference to a specific couple ... If he just used a general reference to homosexual people how could he be in trouble - regardless of emotional distress levels? Otherwise...anyone that frequently puts out comments that "white people are racist! " should be judged by the same standard

I'm not sure that grabbing someone about to fall off of a cliff is a good comparison to harassing people and saying they should be drowned to death.

Dan Crenshaw may not be this new definition of "conservative", but he's certainly not a "Leftist"

He wouldn't.

This entire case is because he was singling out 1 specific couple through social media.

There is a reason why certain threads about certain people in BR get deleted with the quickness here.
