Stray Arrow Pierces 3-Year-Old Girl Playing With Friends At Party

The neighbor was identified as 35-year-old Ryan Archer of Mobile. He was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, WKRG reported. He was booked into the Robertsdale jail Saturday evening.

So...this idiot was more than likely shooting an arrow towards the fence beyond which was the party, right? Overshoots his target a bit and it hits the top of the pile and jumps over the fence?
I mean, there's no way it hung a 90 degree turn...so he was more than likely shooting towards the yard with the party.

I used to shoot my bow in the backyard quite a bit. It is a good way to relieve stress.
This sounds like a terrible accident I don't think he should have been charged. He likely feels bad enough.
