Have you ever been to a general admission show with about 15 or 20 thousand fans? It's no place for a kid if it gets a little unruly.
Agree. There were over 50k at this event, not letting my 10 year old run amok in there.

Vast majority of these people came from Louisiana. Whether it’s now or many years ago.

Can the fricking singer get sued into oblivion in Texas. I saw the videos why he’s singing while watching a lifeless body carried out in front of him and he doesn’t give a shite

Assuming he could even see the gurney and EMS personnel in the crowd of >20,000 people, he’s not likely to be sued for looking callous or any other bad optics. He’s more likely to be sued if he helped to organize the events and bared some responsibility for crowd management.

Probably didn't know. Bright lights, etc. Hes got someone off stage calling the shots, they were probably unaware too.
I dont think there's any way you can blame the singer here. Promoter, maybe.

I saw he had tweeted telling people to break in. And he’s been arrested multiple times for inciting unruly behavior in Chicago and elsewhere

I’ve seen several videos where he stopped the show to call security over to passed out people and told those around to give them space. Not sure what videos you are watching. It was a failure from every single aspect
His job as a performer isn’t to oversee the crowd, it’s what security companies are hired for

Why shouldn’t a 10 year old be there? Travis Scott isn’t some hardcore gangster rap, it’s just popular radio music
Guess it's gangster enough for me, never heard of him. Then again, I don't listen to any rap at all. Sucks for anyone who died, but it sounds like this was a cluster frick from the start and anyone who was there in the worst of it put themselves in that situation, except for the 10 year old. I don't feel sorry for the rest of them, these are self inflicted wounds for partaking in a dumbass situation. This shite was a bunch of pure trash at its finest.

A bunch of trash stormed the gates to get in for free. Let me back it up a notch. Those that paid rightful entry, I feel sorry for. Anyone who was injured storming the gates, well, I only feel sorry a whole lot of them weren't injured. frick those kinds of trashy people. I feel the same way about trash that storm the stores the day after Thanksgiving. If you want to participate in trashy situations, enter at your own risk and don't expect anyone to run to your rescue or feel sorry for you.

People who died may not have been in that group.

Festival opening gates at 9am this morning in Houston,
1) Why break in at 9AM and run for a concert that will be 12 hours later at night?
2) Why were so many people wearing shorts when it was going to be 45-50 degrees and windy when the sun sets?
3) Why were these kids not in school on a Friday?

I went to a ton of general admission shows in my late teens and early twenties. I've been pressed up against the barricades a bunch of times, you have to fight to hold your ground. Out in the middle of the crowd is no place for a young kid or the uninitiated.

Dang. Did he cause a riot and deaths? This is worse than 1/6.

Houston is just like Baton Rouge.
