I would say evening. The current track is it just off the coast at 1pm and over Baton Rouge at 1am. So eyeballing it I say mid to late evening.

Live PD was in Lafayette last year for a tropical storm... and this storm coming in it would've made for some interesting viewing perhaps from WBR
