Those are the maximum wind gusts that the EURO thinks are possible. That's not necessarily a forecast by that model. Just the max gusts possible.

Newest map looks like they’ve delayed landfall by six hours as compared to the previous update. Any slowing equals potential for more strengthening, correct.

Just a heads up for those that think you going to loose power. Go out and buy some of these. Better then burning something.
