It has been forecasted that way, but I'm scared people are watching the news and seeing that it "hasn't strengthened" most of the day/all night. When we get the data from the hurricane hunters we'll see that this thing has actually strengthened quite a bit.

This is why I think it was crazy the NHC didn't up the winds at 10 pm.
