I think it's sweet that the doctor at the end cuddles the baby and gives him a kiss. You can tell that is a pediatrician who really cares about his patients.

Practice how to swaddle a baby now. A good swaddle and a pacifier can also work wonders for a crying baby.

I'm a fan of the burrito wrap, they tend to stay in those better.
Although the sleep sacks are becoming popular in the NICUs as well and those things are awesome...
They have flaps you can attach if you want to swaddle, although they say to stop swaddling tightly after 2 months old(babies usually like their arms out at that time).
