STL Police officer charged with shooting death of off duty in strangest case ever.

Backstory here
Two male officers were On Duty, but at one of the officers residences which was not in their patrol area. The deceased female officer, who was married to another officer(not either of the ones involved in shooting, was off duty, but was at the private residence as well. The initial story was these officers were drinking, doing cocaine, and playing Russian roulette when the female officer was shot in the chest.
So the shooter was on the clock, drunk, and possibly doing cocaine when the incident happened. Also, the female officer was dropped off with “her pants not pulled up properly”.

10% rule. In any organization, even the most elite ones, 10% will be shitbags. Examples: the ST6 members who murdered the Green Beret, the female astronaut who tried to kidnap her romantic rival, the secret service agents on cocaine and hooker binges while assigned to protective details, etc.
Remember a couple of years ago when those Air Force ICBM installations had to stand down because they were deemed to not be mission ready? The screening process doesn't get more exacting than that and they still couldn't weed out the slackers.
